M.A.T. Squad Lifetime Warranty on Labor
Terms & Conditions
The M.A.T. Squad offers a lifetime warranty on labor (the installation of parts, including computer programing, and the results of diagnostics). In the rare event, that an authorized technician performs a repair incorrectly, resulting in a malfunction, the M.A.T. Squad will perform a re-installation or repair at absolutely NO COST to the customer. This warranty will be in effect for as long as the vehicle is owned by the original vehicle owner. The vehicle owner must first contact the M.A.T. Squad with the concern immediately, and a free diagnostic will be scheduled to confirm installation was not congruent with the manufacture's strict requirements. The M.A.T. Squad will not accept diagnostics, nor opinion's from any other entity. Once verified by an authorized M.A.T. Squad representative, the customer will be placed on a repair schedule for re-installation.
PART WARRANTIES: The M.A.T. Squad does not manufacture, nor profit from parts & fluids, and provide NO warranty on them. In the event, that the vehicle's owner provide parts and/or fluids; and if those parts or fluids fail, then the manufacture (or the seller of those parts or fluids), of those parts or fluids must be notified by the vehicle owner, for the specifics of their warranty. The vehicle owner will be responsible for the full labor costs of any/all re-installations unless waived by an authorized M.A.T. Squad representative. In the event that vehicle owner request that the M.A.T. Squad provide the parts/fluids, and if those parts/fluids fail within the warranty period provided by the manufacturer or seller, then the M.A.T. Squad will be responsible for contacting and providing replacements of those parts/fluids at no cost to the customer, or as outlined in the manufacture's/sellers warranty terms and conditions. The Vehicle owner would still be responsible for the labor costs associated with any and all re-installations. AS A COURTESY; The M.A.T. Squad "may" provide a discount on the labor costs, only, associated with the re-installation, up to 30% of the labor cost(s) as reflected within the approved quote.
If requested by customer, that the M.A.T. Squad provides any/all parts, and/or fluids, the M.A.T. Squad will ONLY provide parts/fluids that meet the strict requirements of the manufacturer, and ALL installations performed by the M.A.T. Squad, will ALWAYS meet the guidelines and requirements of the manufacturer of the vehicle. For questions, concerns, or to make a warranty claim, contact the M.A.T.
